Insite offers MRI examinations of the brain and spine using its 3T imaging technology. The examination is tailored to the clinical question on your referring provider’s order.
During your scan
You will lie on a moving scan table while the technologist positions you for the examination. The team will explain communication during the scan and the hearing protection provided.
Your comfort matters
Tell the team if you are concerned about enclosed spaces or have questions about positioning. Discuss implants and medical devices with the team before an MRI appointment.
Timing and results
Scan length varies by examination and protocol. Ask the scheduling team about the expected visit length and how the report will be shared with your clinician.
